01 / THE CONTEXT
Introduce a Vietnamese herbal personal care brand.
Knock Knock partnered with Hoa Linh Pharmaceutical Company to develop the launch campaign for Ngọc Thảo, a Vietnamese herbal shower gel brand. The brief connected three priorities: introduce the product, establish consistent brand imagery and create opportunities for audience engagement.
For a new FMCG product, communication needs to make the brand recognizable while helping people understand where it fits into their daily routine. The campaign brought those needs together around the Vietnamese creative theme “Dưỡng da mềm mịn — Khoẻ đẹp tự nhiên”.
02 / THE APPROACH
One idea, expressed across the launch.
The creative direction combined product-led visuals, botanical settings and a soft personal care aesthetic. Packaging remained visible within the campaign compositions, connecting the communication people encounter online with the product they recognize later.
The launch key visual established the campaign’s visual language. Social adaptations then extended that direction into product introductions and benefit-led storytelling, helping different pieces of content feel like part of the same brand.
03 / THE WORK
Build a practical communication system.
The project brought campaign development, product storytelling and social communication together. Static and animated executions gave the launch a range of formats while keeping its visual identity coherent.
